The brave new world redefines the use of old buildings, and this conversion and extension is a clear example of a new and exciting indie-spirited hotel coming onto the scene.
Built initially as London’s Bromley Town Hall and designed by Alex Kravetz Design as a concept of one’s life journey; from birth to marriage, to departure. This has been used as a design language manifesto to inspire new age travellers and perhaps reflect on the grand surroundings of this multi-styled property’s two parts – the original 1903 and a later art deco 1928 extension.
New guestroom wings were added in the courtyard taking away the distasteful 1960 extensions.
